Sanding-room only: Scott Dodson puts the finishing touches on an elaborate sand castle Sunday at the Art on the Green festival in Coeur d’Alene. It was Dodson’s 15th year sculpting a sand feature for the festival. He started Thursday and continued through the weekend to complete the sculpture.
