CUMMINGS, Jr. John J. Beloved son, brother, husband, father and friend to all, died July 28th of lung cancer.

Born 1962 to John and Louise Cummings in Flagstaff, AZ.

Johnny was an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing, paintball and motor cycles.

He will be truly missed by all.
