NIC remains in first

Mikey Hope scored 19 points off the bench and North Idaho dominated the post on offense, cruising to 78-56 victory over Snow College in Scenic West Athletic Conference men’s basketball at Ephraim, Utah, on Thursday night.

Hope was 5 of 10 from the field, made a pair of 3-pointers and was 7 for 7 from the free-throw line. His performance, coupled with the Cardinals’ 30-10 scoring advantage in the paint, helped NIC (25-3, 12-1 SWAC) remain in first place, half a game ahead of Salt Lake.
