Obituary: Smith, Joyce A

SMITH, Joyce A (Age 91) Went to be with the Lord on December 31, 2012.

She was preceded in death by her husband, LeRoy; grand-daughter, Sherri; and grandson, Shane.

Joyce is survived daughter, Sharon and LeRoy Cuculich; son, Larry and Karen; granddaughters, Lauren Joyce Smith of Nevada; Shawn Codd of South Carolina, and Shelli Wilson of Auburn, Washington; great grandchildren, Christiaan, Elizabeth, Isabella and Christiaan Baker Ross, Michael, Melissa and baby Delaney Codd and Derek Codd from South Carolina, Desiree and Billy Rook and Zachary Wilson from Auburn, WA.

Joyce was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Ivanhoe Chapter and Daughters of the Nile for over 50 years.

The family would like to send a special thank you to the staff at Royal Park Care Center, Administrator Matt Fleming, Terry Schilit, Dave Smith and special caregiver (Teresa) who loved her like a mother.

Thank you to Horizon Hospice for the loving care that was provided to mom and all of our family.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 4, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Spokane Memorial Gardens.

We will love you dear mother always and forever, your loving family of five generations.
