Owen was born on June 1, 1935 at Moscow, ID to Frank and Helen (Williams) Woolf.
He attended his schooling at Moscow, ID.
Owen married Ellen Kettleson on July 29, 1956 at Pullman, WA.
Survivors include his wife Ellen Woolf at the Lewiston home; one son Tim and his wife Chani, Moscow, ID; one daughter, Linda Burrow and her husband Jim, Spokane, WA.
Owen is also survived by two grandchildren, Nicholas Noel and Mike Woolf and one great-grandson Damien Owen Woolf.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 28, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at Kramer Funeral Home, Palouse, WA with Pastor Kathy Kramer officiating.
Burial will follow at the Moscow Cemetery, Moscow, ID.
Memorials may be given to the Lewis-Clark Animal Shelter, 6 Shelter Road, Lewiston, ID 83501.
