Getting some fresh air: One- and 2-year-olds from the Southeast Day Care Center stroll around the block for a late-morning walk on Monday in Spokane. It’s a chance for the children to investigate the neighborhood, take in fresh air and help them with their sleeping after lunch, said the center’s director, Sug Villella.
