PALMER, Patrick G. (Age 57) Truly someone that “lived” and enjoyed his passion for aquatic life.
Born May 7, 1956 in Yakima, WA and passed July 17, 2013 in Spokane, WA.
He is survived by his brother, Timothy Palmer.
His friends and co-workers will sure miss his awesome personality.
