McCARTNEY, Frances I. Frances is survived by: her son Ronald Berg; her three stepsons, Butch, Ronald (wife Marlene), and Richard McCartney; numerous grandchildren, whom she loved dearly; her siblings: Robert Osborne, Shirley Donder, and James Osborne; also numerous nieces and nephews.

Frances was preceded in death by her loving husband, Charles McCartney; her daughter Alice (“Tyne”) Schreck; her stepson, Dwayne McCartney; and her granddaughter Ronda Berg.

Service will be held Friday, June 14th, 2013 at 1:00 pm at the Pines Cemetery Mausoleum, 1400 S. Pines, Spokane Valley, WA.

Grave site memorial service to follow.

Beloved wife, mother, and grandmother- A special thank you to her caregivers and friends at Sullivan Park Care Center.

She appreciated all of you.
