Age 72
She was born in Spokane, WA on November 9, 1940.
She loved spending time with her family, and camping at Priest Lake.
She was always dressed to impress in her fur coats and pearls.
She loved being social, and talking on the phone.
She had a contagious laugh and a great sense of humor.
She loved flowers and anything pink.
Her motto was: “I have champagne taste on a beer budget”.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Hanna Cunningham; her brothers, Glen and Mike; and her daughter, Baby Debra.
She is survived by her sister Jeannie; brothers Red, Ted, and Steve; daughter Tammie and husband Steve; son Ted and wife Sindy; son Mark and wife Sandy; grandchildren, Candace and Phil, Chantel and John, Steve and Traci, Bill and Beth, Tom and Josie, and William; great-grandchildren Quinton, Braxton, Caitlynn, Zoe, Scarlet, and baby Brosam; as well as many friends.
We want to extend a very special thanks to Avalon and her caregivers for taking such amazing care of our mother, grandmother, and friend.
A memorial service will be held Monday, June 24, 2013 at 2:00pm in the Colonial Chapel at Hazen & Jaeger Valley Funeral Home, 1306 N. Pines Road, Spokane Valley, WA 99206.
