Police arrest suspect in October drive-by

The suspect in an October drive-by shooting was arrested in Riverside, Calif. on Thursday morning. Davon J. Henderson, 27, was arrested after a citizen reported he was driving recklessly, according to a news release. Police identified Henderson as wanted for first-degree assault in Washington and arrested him. Henderson allegedly shot a man after the two got in an argument on Oct. 15. The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries to his arm and was treated at the scene then taken to the hospital.
