MEYER, Joe J.

(Age 80) Joe passed away Sun.

November 3, 2013.

Joe was a life long resident of Spokane, born April 20, 1933.

He was a ‘Jack of All Trades’ and a Master of most of them.

He enjoyed building things, and the challenge to do things that others said couldn’t be done.

He loved racing, and was involved in the local auto racing community for more than three decades.

He touched the lives of so many friends and family, and was loved by most.

He was preceded in death by his wife Beverly, two sons Joe and Rusty, daughter Diana and a granddaughter Sandy.

Also preceded in death by his brother Leo and two sisters Dorthy and Betty.

He is survived by his wife Siglinda, sister Dixie, his daughters Debra, Kathryn, and Jennifer, and his sons David and Richard, grandchildren Joseph, Nicole, Janelle, Eric, Kim, Tabitha, Heather, Carmen.

Holly, and Jessica, great grandchildren Fantasia, Alex, Kayden, Carson, and Christopher Jo.

Also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.

A pot-luck wake/memorial will be held at 7004 E. 10th Spokane Valley.

Saturday November 16th from Noon to 2pm.
