Man stabbed on West Boone

A man was stabbed by a family member in the 1300 block of West Boone Avenue Wednesday afternoon, according to the Spokane Police Department. The 52-year-old victim was taken to a local hospital with life threatening wounds, said police spokeswoman Monique Cotton. A 25-year-old male relative was arrested for the assault. The stabbing appears to be the result of a domestic dispute, Cotton said.
