Bulldogs picked sixth in WCC men’s soccer

The West Coast Conference announced on Tuesday that the Gonzaga Bulldogs men’s soccer team was selected to finish sixth in a preseason poll of the league’s coaches. GU received 23 points.

After capturing its first outright WCC championship in 2013, Loyola Marymount was picked as the favorite to win the 2014 title. LMU was a nearly unanimous selection earning 48 out of a possible 49 points to go along with six first-place votes. Santa Clara received the remaining two first-place votes, collecting 43 points.
