HUNTER, Norma W. (Lyng) April 10, 1925 - August 16, 2014 On April 10th, 1925, Norma W. Hunter (Lyng) was born to Henry and Selma Lyng near Denbigh, N.D.

In the fall of 1938, her family moved to Colville to join her father and oldest brother.

On March 23, 1943, she married Gene V. Hunter and they had four children, all girls.

Norma is survived by daughter Linda Sullivan, daughter Connie Dixon (Mike), daughter JoAnn Aller (Jim); granddaughter Amanda; sister Jean Field, sister Jackie McCarroll, sister-in-law Jessie Lantagne, son-in-law Gary Womack; granddaughter Sharon (Bill), great-granddaughter Ashley, great-great-granddaughter, Alyssa and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by husband Gene, daughter Dianne Womack and son-in-law, Frank Sullivan.

A Celebration of Norma’s life will be held in the Sans Souci West Club House, 3231 W. Boone Ave. on Thursday, August 21st at 11:00 AM.
