Missing Cheney girl reappears after 10 days

A 15-year-old Cheney girl missing since Thanksgiving showed up at her family’s home this morning. Jacquelynne Rose Doucette “appears to be in good health but is receiving a thorough medical examination,” the FBI said in a news release. Investigators at the FBI and the Cheney Police Department will continue to gather and review information about the girl’s disappearance and return, FBI spokeswoman Ayn Dietrich said in a news release. Doucette’s family reported her missing around 7:30 p.m. Nov. 27 after she had not immediately returned home from a search for a lost animal. She was seen at Cheney Lanes about 11 a.m. Nov. 28 and was captured on security video.
