Pullman police seek driver in WSU hit-and-run
Pullman police are seeking a driver who allegedly hit and ran over a man near the Washington State University campus.
The Moscow Pullman Daily News reports the 20-year-old victim told police he was crossing California Street around 1 a.m. Monday when a vehicle turned off of B Street and hit him.
The man fell to the ground, and the vehicle allegedly ran over his legs with a back tire. Police said his injuries were serious.
Police described the vehicle as an older dark blue, four-door sedan in poor shape. The driver appeared to be a white man with brown hair wearing a beanie. Police believe two other passengers were in the vehicle.
The victim was able to crawl his way to a nearby fraternity house on C Street, where residents drove him to the hospital.
