Obituary: Stone, Kumsun
Age 61
She was born on July 7, 1952 in Osan, South Korea.
She was the third of five children born to Son Bok Man and Park In Su.
She came to the United States with her husband, Gil Stone, in the summer of 1974.
She was an active and devoted member of the Korean Presbyterian Church of Spokane for many years.
She loved the Lord with all her heart and served Him with her life to the very end.
She had many loving friends who often proved their love for her in her time of need.
Kumsun is survived by her husband, Gil; her two daughters, Theresa Stone-Loeun and Jamie Stone; two grandchildren, Kelsey Loeun and Ava Loeun; her precious little dog, Missy; her mother, Park In Su, and four siblings.
A funeral service will be held at Thornhill Valley Funeral Home, 1400 S. Pines Rd., Spokane Valley, on February 8, 2014 at 2:00 pm.
A time of remembrance will follow at the Korean Presbyterian Church, 1727 E. Pacific Ave. Burial will take place at Pines Cemetery, Monday, February 10, at 2:00 pm.
