Obituary: Knuttgen, Hubertus Iv

Age 74

KNUTTGEN , Hubertus IV (Age 74) Hubertus (Hugh) Knuttgen IV the love of my life, my husband and best friend, went to be with our Lord and Savior on January 28, 2014.

Hugh served in the Air Force for eight years.

Some of his Air Force years were stationed in New Zealand where he learned how to fly.

He owned and operated with his wife Loretta, Action Electric for 35 years.

Along with his electrical business, Hugh was a master wood craftsman.

He was a loving and kind man full of charisma. “

Hugh loved to have the house full of friends and family cooking large meals and having great conversation.

He loved music and could often be heard singing or whistling.

Preceded in death by his father, Hubertus Knuttgen III; mother, Leila; and a sister at birth.

He is survived by his loving wife of 24 years, Loretta Knuttgen; a brother, Lynn (Sandy) Knuttgen; two sisters, Gail Troy, Stephanie (Jim) Polomis; sons, Hugh V (Donna), Christopher (Karen); daughters, Deborah (Steve) Carswell, Danielle (Mike) Gonzales; stepchildren, Cynthia (Jeff) Benesch, John (Holly) Turney, Kevin Turney; 14 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.

Hugh will be greatly missed.
