Obituary: Mc Intyre, Trudy D.
Age 68
Trudy was born in Ashland, Kansas on July 2, 1945 to Ivan and Mildred Leeper.
The family moved to Basin, Wyoming in 1955.
After high school, Trudy served in the US Air Force, and later graduated from Lewis-Clark State College.
In 1976 she married Patrick McIntyre, and they settled in the Spokane Valley.
Trudy was a wonderful mother and homemaker who enjoyed cooking and taking care of her family.
She loved vacations along the Oregon Coast and spent her free time gardening, shopping, and reading.
Trudy enjoyed watching UW football and Gonzaga basketball, and she treasured early morning walks with her friends.
Trudy was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Steven Leeper.
She leaves behind her husband Patrick, daughter Angela, son Daniel, her brother Jan Leeper, and many other family members and friends.
Trudy was truly a ray of sunlight in this world, lighting up our lives with unconditional love, kindness and support.
She will be greatly missed.
A memorial service for Trudy will be held at Thornhill Valley Chapel on Thursday, February 27, 2014 at 2 pm.
