Obituary: Mccash, Jeffrey Scott

McCASH, Jeffrey Scott Jeffrey Scott McCash, 62, Spokane and Holualoa, HI, died December 3, 2013 from ALS in his beloved HI.

Born in Spokane in 1951, he attended Spokane schools and SCC; he was a mailer for Spokane Print and Mail for many years until blinded by PXE; also a member of the Kona Coffee Council, he took pride in co-ownership of a coffee-mac-nut farm.

A celebration of life was held at the farm in Holualoa.

Survived by long time companion, Mary Powers, Spokane and HI; uncle and aunt Donald and Ethel Lidke, Spokane; sisters, Cherry Bucholz, Holualoa; Donna (Steve) Barland, Bremerton; brother, Blair McCash, Tacoma; another aunt, uncle, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Remembrances may be made in his memory to Hospice of Kona, ALS Association, or ALSSO Spokane.
