Age 88
She was born on June 24, 1925 in Seattle, WA., to Wilford and Rebecca (Berg) McDevitt.
She had one sister, Shirley Schneider, who preceded her in death.
Patt was married to the love of her life, Willis Smith, for 62 years.
He preceded her in death on December 17, 2010.
Patt loved sports of all kinds and over the years she enjoyed cheering on her children and grandchildren in their various sporting activities.
She was an avid golfer and she and Willis went on numerous golf tours to Hawaii and Canada.
They loved traveling and spending the winters at their home in Indio, CA.
Her last years were spent at Fairwinds Retirement Community where she enjoyed her friends and was involved in many activities.
Her family and friends will remember her loving, generous spirit and her strong faith.
She is survived by her five children: Mike Smith (Kerry), Candee Hardy (Denny), Greg Smith (Elisa), Bonnie Wakefield (Jim) and Jim Smith (Jen).
She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of her life will take place on Friday, January 17 at 3:30 at Fairwinds Retirement Community, 520 E. Holland.
