Man never had bond agent license

BJ Lyman was denied a bail bond license for five years on his first try with the state Licensing Department because of a criminal conviction. Because of a reporting error, an article published on page A5 of the Jan. 14 edition incorrectly characterized BJ Lyman’s history as a bail bondsman.
