Obituary: Lessig, Raymond L.

LESSIG, Raymond L. (Age 85) Ray died peacefully at his home January 18, 2014 with his devoted com-panion, Doris Henry, by his side.

Ray was born February 6, 1928 in Spokane, the oldest of three children of Lloyd and Florence Lessig.

Ray is survived by his son Terry; brother Lee; sister Carolyn Peterson; grandchild Monica Larsen and numerous great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Ray was preceded in death by his father Lloyd, mother Florence, wife Jean, son Steve and grandchild Heather.

Ray worked for the GN and BN Railroad for 39 years.

He belonged to the Odd Fellows, VFW #1474 and Eagles #2.

After his retirement Ray and his wife of 52 years, Jean, spent a lot of time traveling in their motorhomes, taking trips, and spending winters in Arizona.

Ray will be dearly missed by all.

There will be no funeral or memorial services, according to his wishes.
