TULLY, Mary E. “Betty” (Age 90) Was born March 26, 1923 in Conrad, Montana to Leo and Beth Corcoran, passed away January 26, 2014 in Spokane.

She is survived by her spouse of 67 years Joseph “Pat” Tully.

She is also survived by her sons Dan Tully of Spokane and John (Joanne) Tully of Sparks, Nevada; daughters Chris (Eric) Webster of Brewster, WA, Jean (Gary) Merkel of Spokane and Tricia Tully of Seattle; brothers Jim and Dan Corcoran and sister Theresa Corcoran; eight grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Betty was preceded in death by her son Jerry Tully, sisters Margaret Torgeson, Norann Tracy and brother Jack Corcoran.

She was a member of the community for 67 years, a former member of Catholic Daughters of the Americas; St. Thomas More and St. Peter’s Altar Society and the DePorres Manor League.

Betty worked for the Spokane County Elections Department for several years and involved in fund raising for the Poor Clare Sisters of Spokane.

A vigil service will be held at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, 3520 E. 18th on Thursday, January 30th at 7:00 pm followed by the Funeral Mass at St. Peter’s on Friday at 11:00 AM.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Poor Clare Sisters of Spokane.
