He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Deana R. Burchett; two sons, Doug Burchett and Ron Burchett (Eileen); daughter, Debbie Sundseth (Eric); brother, Derwood Burchett; sister, Georgia Benway; brother-in-law, Dan Tindal; granddaughter, Savannah Sundseth; cousin, Jack Buell; numerous nieces and nephews and his dogs, Tuffy, TJ, Amber, Sassy and Ginger.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Leona Burchett; brother, Henry Burchett and sister, Darlene Tindal.
Everett was a long-haul truck driver and collected International Farmall Tractors.
A visitation will be held today, Wednesday, July 2, 2014 from 3:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. and Thursday, July 3, 2014 from 10:00 A.M. until service time at 1:00 P.M. at Hazen & Jaeger Funeral Home, 1306 N. Monroe St., Spokane.
Burial will follow at Fairmount Memorial Park, Spokane.
