Obituary: Saski, Paul A.

SASKI, Paul A. Paul A. Saski, 72, passed peacefully into Heaven on July 2, 2014 after a long illness and a valiant battle.

Paul was born in San Francisco, graduated with a Master’s in History, from UCSB, and taught in Bay area private schools for many years.

He leaves behind granddaughters Maria, Annika and Olivia.

He met yearly with his college buddies,” the boyZ”.

These friends, John and Mike (CA), Andy (CO), Jerry (OR) and Dave (MT) were gracious enough to hold this years reunion in Cd’A so that Paul would be able to attend.

Thank you, men.

Paul also says farewell to his roommate from UN (Reno), Barry Kagan who taught him “how to study “.

Paul loved his little “fur girl” kitties, “Miss Kiss” and “Little.

“, who are wondering where Daddy is.

Paul and I would like to thank from the bottom of our hearts the numerous and tireless medical professionals who cared for him for so long and so well.

I wish to send all the gratitude I have to Drs.

Boyim, Kneller and Wyrick, Super Nurse Cheryl, all his girlfriends at the INR clinic and to “Aunts” Shirley and Cathy, all of whom are with Rockwood Cardiology.

Thank you, too to the unsung heroines , the nurses of Deaconess 7th floor.

He loved you all and you made the transition so much easier for both of us.

God bless you all.

There will no be service at this time, but one will be held in California in the future.

Paul loved the Talking Heads song “Heaven”.

Please smile when you hear it and know that he is smiling because he discovered it’s true and it is …well..

Heaven!
