Obituary: Sprint, Ellen C. (Bernet)
Age 90
Ellen was born in Rockford, WA.
On March 5, 1924 and was raised on a farm near Mica Peak.
During World War II, she moved to Spokane, WA.
and worked at Fairchild AFB.
There she met her husband Robert Sprint and they were married for 67 years.
They had one son, Gary Sprint, who they are very proud of.
Ellen was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, and wife.
She is survived by her husband, Robert C. Sprint, son Gary C. Sprint, daughter-in-law Cathy L. and two granddaughters, Jaclyn D. Crider, (Sprint), and Gina L. Sprint, all of Spokane, WA., one sister, Bernice McDonald of Kalispell, MT.
and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil W. and Edith L. Bernet, sister, Viola Howey, and baby Bernet.
The family would like to give a special thank you to Pailitive Care and to all the staff at Hospice of Spokane North for the wonderful care Ellen received.
A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, June 5, 2014, 10:00 a.m. at the Fairview Cemetery in Rockford, WA.
