And cake too: Donnice Suiter, 17, of Spokane Valley, celebrates her dog Angel’s (Angelo Ricardo Symphiona Suiter) ninth birthday in Riverfront Park on Tuesday. Suiter said she will bake the Siberian Husky a peanut brown sugar cake.
