Obituary: Raleigh, Charlotte

RALEIGH, Charlotte (Age 69) Of Cusick, WA., formerly of Spokane Valley passed away June 4, 2014.

She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Raleigh; her grandson, Jayden; her twin sister, Helen Ash; two brothers, Bill and Don Piper; and her long-time partner, Irv Kenney.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Delbert Piper.

She will be honored by her friends and family on July 4th, starting at 1PM at the home of Charlotte and Irv.
