Yoke’s grocery store on Indian Trail robbed

A man robbed the Yoke’s Fresh Market on Indian Trail Road this evening before making his escape with an undisclosed amount of cash.
According to police spokeswoman Monique Cotton the man is described as white, between 5-foot-9 and 6 feet tall, in his late 20s or early 30s with a reddish-brown beard and long mustache. He told the employee that he had a gun but didn’t show one, Cotton said.
Anyone with information on the robbery is asked to call Crime Check at (509) 456-2233.
