Obituary: Dugger, James Elbert

Age 93

DUGGER, James Elbert (Age 93) Of Snohomish, Washington, died on Sunday, March 16, 2014.

He was born May 30, 1920 in Heber Springs, Arkansas; the son of James Mabry Dugger and Golda (McFall) Dugger.

His wife Louella G. (Eisenbarth Elder) Dugger preceded him in death on August 12, 2010.

Jim is survived by eight children, Jack Dugger (Julia), Bob Dugger, Cheryl (Dugger) Bowler, Roy Dugger (Cindy), Christine (Dugger) Passmore; and three stepchildren, Jack Elder (Linda), Randy Elder (Bobbie), Tim Elder (Judy); dearly loved grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and his brother Lawrence’s sons, Howard Dugger and Fred Dugger.

No formal services will be held.

A warm thanks to all the kind hearted ones and caregivers who assisted with his care.

Past main residences were in Newport, WA., Weiser, ID,, Pinehurst, ID., Spokane, WA.

He retired from Kaiser Aluminum Mead Plant after 32 years there.

James’ memorial monument will be located in Newport, Washington Cemetery.
