Obituary: Toavs, Hazel “Janelle”

TOAVS, Hazel “Janelle” Hazel “Janelle” was born on March 3rd, 1934 in Salmon Idaho.

She passed away Thursday, May 15th, 2014 at home in her garden in Springdale, WA.

Hazel “Janelle” is survived by her sisters: Angie Sullivan of Spokane, WA and Dusty Turner of Soap Lake, WA.

Her children Billie Jean Cates of Hot Springs, MT; Gary Lynn Cates of Charlo, MT; Leann Pugsley of Aberdeen, WA; Maleah Ralls of Springdale, WA; nine grand- children, 15 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Rueben Toavs; her first born son, Jesse Lee Cates.

Her parents Lee and Lyla Bradley; her three brothers Glen, Steve and Butch; and her sister Leota.

Services will be held at the Springdale Community Church at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 24th, 2014.

The family invites you to attend a potluck memorial following the service.
