Born in Republic, WA, on May 31, 1954, with beautiful red hair and big brown eyes, Kelly passed away on October 22, 2014 in Spokane, WA, where she lived and worked.
Kelly was the Production Manager and the backbone of the family owned business, Cassel Promotions and Signs, for 27 years.
She loved cooking, camping, and caring for others.
Kelly is survived by her mother, Lila Howard; her beloved daughters, Meko Millard and Brook Bane Cunningham; precious grandsons, Zach Millard and Austin Bane; and by her siblings, Robin (Phil) Cunningham, Sam (Ann) Cassel, Tracy (Carol) Cassel, and Scott Olsen.
She will be missed dearly by many close nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Her wish was to have a small family gathering.
