Penny, an adoptable dog

Penny is proof that you can teach an old dog new tricks. Shelter workers say she is a sweet older girl. She’s available for adoption at the Spokane County Regional Animal Protection Service shelter.

Dog adoptions are $87.04 and include spay or neuter, first set of vaccinations, health check, microchip and first year’s license.
