Pathway Children’s Services relocates
Billie Jo Davis, owner of Pathway Children’s Services, has relocated to a larger clinic building at 300 N. Argonne Road, in Spokane Valley.
Davis moved from a previous Spokane Valley address, taking advantage of 750 square feet to offer five treatment offices in the building.
Pathway Children’s Services, started four years ago, provides intensive treatment for families and children with autism.
Matthew Byrd, of Cornerstone Property Advisors, helped broker the lease.
Vineyard church opens on Francis
Jason Verduzco, pastor of Vineyard 509 Church, has leased about 2,000 square feet at 615 E. Francis St., in north Spokane.
The church is part of the nationwide system, which numbers about 1,000 congregations, Verduzco said.
His congregation of about 20 members is the first in Spokane, he said.
Jody Johnson, of NAI Black, helped arrange the lease from landlord Harlan Douglass.
Plaza de Mexico opens in Valley
La Plaza de Mexico, a new restaurant featuring traditional Mexican cuisine, has opened at 9420 E. Sprague Ave., in Spokane Valley.
Owners are Martha and Manuel Cortes, who formerly were part of the group managing Fiesta Mexicana on Spokane’s South Hill.
Hours are 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday-Thursday, 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
Jody Johnson represented the Cortes family; Chris Bell represented landlord Douglass Properties. Both agents are with NAI Black.
Partners buy nearby parcel
Mike Reilly and Jim Cameron, owners of Cameron-Reilly Concrete, recently bought 1.5 acres of commercial land at 309 N Park Road. This land is adjacent to the 3.5 acres they also own for their shop and office.
The parcel will be used for equipment storage. They bought the land from Central Pre-mix Development Corp.
