Obituary: Montano, Terri Ann

Age 50

MONTANO, Terri Ann Terri Ann Montano was born in Vancouver, Washington on March 21, 1964.

She moved to Cheney, WA in 1982 before settling in Spokane.

Terri passed away on October 16, 2014.

Terri received two degrees with honors from Eastern Washington University: A BA in Accounting and an MBA.

Her work career was focused in the healthcare industry and she worked as an administrator for several businesses.

Terri was also a member of the Spokane Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Washington State Medical Group Managers Association.

Terri had an amazing, generous and compassionate spirit quietly rising to many challenges in day-to-day life.

She lettered in tennis and track in high school, taught art classes and organized many cystic fibrosis camps for children.

Terri loved to travel and planned her family’s annual vacation throughout the year.

Terri was also very giving in that she was an organ donor.

Terri was married to Terry Montano for 21 years.

They made their home in Spokane.

Surviving Terri are her husband, Terry, son, Kyle, and parents, Ken and Elaine Depee, who reside in Kalama, WA and grandmother, Annette Huddle from Cheney, WA.

Others include two aunts, two uncles and numerous cousins.

Terri was preceded in death by her sisters Kris and Tracey, and brother, Mike Depee.

A memorial service will be held at Hennessey Funeral Home (N. Division) on Friday, October 24 at 11am.
