The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office is seeking help identifying the driver or owner of a vehicle suspected in an assault and attempted robbery. The incident occurred at about 5:30 p.m. on Aug. 13, 2014 around the 4400 block of East Sprague in Spokane Valley. Detectives described the vehicle as a late 80s or early 90s light grey or silver Lincoln Continental with royal blue paint at an angle from the front wheel wells to the hood. The hood, root and top of the trunk also appear to be painted blue. Detectives are hoping the public may be able to identify a suspect due to the distinctive nature of the paint. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Check at (509) 456-2333 and reference case number 14-269799.
