Police investigate possible CdA kidnapping

Coeur d’Alene Police detectives are investigating a possible kidnapping from early today after a 27-year-old woman said she was held several hours, but not harmed, by two males. The alleged incident took place at North Courcelles Parkway and West Hanley Avenue at 12:50 a.m., when the men told the woman to get into their vehicle, she said. She told police she was released unharmed about 4:30 a.m. She provided a physical description of two suspects and a description of their vehicle, a black 4-door sedan box style, grey cloth interior, interior dash lighting orange in color, and windows that appeared to be tinted. Both men were white and in their mid-20s, she told police. The first had short dark hair, was unshaven, and wore a white shirt with black swirls on it. The second man had medium-length dark hair, was about 6 feet tall, weighed 200 to 220 pounds, and wore a black, zip-up sweatshirt. If anyone has any information or recognizes the vehicle or suspect descriptions, contact the Coeur d’Alene Police Department at (208) 769-2320.
