Obituary: Morris, Ruth

MORRIS, Ruth of Snohomish, WA March 15, 1932 to September 23, 2014 Ruth was born and raised in Chewelah, WA.

She attended nursing school in Spokane at St. Luke’s and graduated in 1953.

She met her husband Eldon Morris and was married on November 3, 1956.

They raised their three children, Scott, Vicki and Jerry, in Spokane.

She had a long career in nursing in Spokane and Alaska.

She moved to Seattle and changed her career to bookkeeping for her husband’s business; until they retired in 1998.

She is survived by her husband Eldon; children, Scott (Debbie) Morris, Vickie Morris, Jerry (Karen) Morris; many grand- children and great-grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held at Hazen & Jaeger, in Spokane, on Saturday, October 4, 2014 at 1:00 p.m.
