Obituary: Thies, Elmo Q.

(Age 92) Elmo passed away on September 21, 2014 in Spokane, WA.

He was born in Cornelius, OR on March 9, 1922 to Herman and Emma Thies.

He is survived by his three sons, David Thies of White Salmon, WA, Richard Thies of Goldendale, WA and Thomas Thies of Gearhart, OR.

Elmo served in the US Air Force for 28 months during WWII.

He also worked as a sheet metal worker and was a member of the sheet metal union for 64 years.
