Obituary: Griffin, Larry W.
He passed away Monday, April 13, 2015 in Deer Lake, WA.
Larry graduated from Rogers High School in1967.
In 1968 he married Nancy (Kind) Russian.
Later their daughter, Dayona Darlene was born.
In 1971 Larry and Nancy divorced, but Larry remained a very active in his little girl’s life.
Larry worked for many years as a bartender in various Spokane bars.
He later went back to college and received his AA degree in Social Working.
Larry met Anthony J. Behrens in 1981 and moved to Seattle, where together they created their own software writing company.
In 2004, they moved to Deer Lake to be closer to Larry’s daughter and granddaughters.
Larry has two beautiful granddaughters that were the love of his life.
He was a very active “papa” in the girl’s younger years.
Larry will be missed.
Larry is survived by Anthony J. Behrens, Dayona D. Culton, Skyler L. White-Culton, Tayler J. Culton.
There will no memorial services for Larry.
