Obituary: White, Larry D.
Age 65
He was born August 13, 1950 to William and Daunis White in Boulder, Colorado and he was one of six children.
He married Sandra White on August 14, 1982 in Spokane, WA and together they had five children.
Larry was part of many organizations such as Knights of Columbus, Meals on Wheels; he was a board member of SYHA and served Christmas dinners for the needy.
Larry was a fire Fighter for the Dept.
of Defense at Fairchild Air Force Base for 34 years.
After retirement he did honey do’s then found a seasonal job with Central Pre-Mix as a scale operator.
He went to work the first day at the Perry Plant and the nick name Perry Larry stuck with him (he loved that).
Larry was very active; he enjoyed traveling in their 5th wheel and going on hockey road trips with his grandson.
He loved watching the Spokane Chiefs in Section 104 for 28 years.

He also enjoyed hunting, snow skiing, golfing, playing basketball and being with family and friends.
He loved his two dogs (Buddy and Louie) but most of all was a devoted husband and grandfather.
Larry and Sandy had 33 years of love for each other.
Larry called Sandy his Sweetie and she would call him Sparky, as their family grew he called her Grandma and she would call him Grandpa.
He loved being involved with St. Charles Parish; this was his home and family as well.
Larry will be missed by everyone who knew him.
Larry is preceded in death by his parents William and Daunis and his son Timmy.
He is survived by his wife Sandy; daughters, Shannon LeAnn White Chapman of Spokane, WA and Karen Elaine White Hunt of Carnation, WA; sons, Jamie C. White of Spokane, WA and Scott B.
White of Monroe, WA; brothers, Jack White and William White Jr.; sisters: Katie White, Patty White, and Pam; grandchildren: Katie, Madison, Sawyer, Emma Lee, Colby, Dixon and Ripley and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family wants to thank Holy Family and Sacred Heart Hospital for all the care they gave him.
Also, a thank you to Manor Care for the staff who cared for him and their love and friendships as well.
A visitation will be held at Hennessey Funeral Home and Crematory on August 14, 2015 from 10 am until 5 pm.
A Rosary will be held the same day at St. Charles Catholic Church at 7 pm.
The funeral service will be the following day at St. Charles Parish at 10:30 am with a reception to following in the Parish Hall, 4515 N. Alberta St, Spokane, WA, 99205.
The interment will be after the reception at Holy Cross Cemetery at 2 pm.
