Man arrested for lewd behavior while driving

A man was arrested this week after three people called police to report seeing him masturbating in his car in different locations around town.

Ramsay A. Munden, 64, first appeared in court Monday on one charge of indecent exposure; two additional counts of the same charge were added Wednesday. His bond was set at $25,000 and he remains in the Spokane County jail.

Three people called police on Dec. 26 to report Munden’s behavior. All said Munden was nearly naked in a dark green Ford Explorer and would deliberately pull up next to people so they could see what he was doing, according to court documents.

One of the witnesses followed Munden long enough to report his license plate number to police. Munden was arrested in the area of 33rd Avenue and High Drive later that day, according to court documents.

Munden has previous felony convictions for indecent exposure and voyeurism.
