FUGATE, Annie I.

Passed away January 25, 2015 in Wichita, KS.

She was born December 8, 1952 in Wolf Point, MT.

Annie was a loving sister, aunt, mother and friend.

She is survived by her sons Michael R. and Joseph A. Decker; siblings Carol A. Holmes, Karen V. Escallier, Bill R. Russell, Albert J. Russell, Schulyer Russell and Jimmy Russell; grandchildren Brianna Decker, Darius Decker, Joe Decker Jr., and Tatum Decker; stepmother Jan Russell; sisters-in-law Diane Socula and Mary Day Rider.

She was preceded in death by her parents Rosella M. Russell and William R. Russell; sister Rosie Heiner; nephews Steven and Albert Escallier; and husband Vincent Fugate.

Memorial services will be Saturday, February 7, 2015 at 9am and will take place at St. Joseph Funeral Center Chapel, 17825 E. Trent Ave., Spokane Valley, WA with inurnment to follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
