Obituary: Anderson, Einar Arthur
He now rests in the arms of the Lord.
Known by his Marine buddies as Andy and lifelong friends and family as Art, he was born December 28, 1924 in Winnipeg, Canada.
Art and his wife Eldora came to Spokane on their honeymoon in 1947.
In their nearly 70 years in Washington they lived in Veradale, Spokane, and Millwood, retiring to the Riverview Lutheran Village and Terrace.
Art is survived by his children Marcia, Craig, and Curtis, four grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and loving and supportive friends Wanda Amsbury and Cheri Rose.
Memorial services will be held February 15, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church in the Spokane Valley with reception following afterward at the church.
