Thank you Mead voters

In regard to the recent approval of the Mead School District Maintenance and Operations Levy and Facilities Improvement Bond, I would like to thank the community. As a ninth-grade student at Mead High School, having attended Northwood Middle School for two years, I know firsthand how beneficial it will be to have modernized schools, building improvements, and technology upgrades. Also, I am very glad to hear that advanced placement classes will now continue to be supported. Furthermore, part of this proposition includes advocating for smaller class sizes. Both of these things will undoubtedly enhance the learning of me and my fellow classmates.

I know the money that is being put in for this cause will be worthwhile. Our community will profit from this levy and bond in multiple ways. Exceptionally educated children will lead to high quality, hard working employees and up-to-date schools will raise house values by attracting more affluent residents to the area. From a young, high school student, thanks again to everyone who voted yes to support Mead schools.
