“Honk! Jr.” - Today-Sunday. Christian Youth Theatre presents a show about Ugly, a duckling who looks quite a bit different from his brothers and sisters. The little fowl finds himself on an adventure of self discovery and finds out that being different is not a bad thing. Ski and Snowboard Camp - Ages 8-13. An exciting, all-inclusive ski and snowboard camp at 49 Degrees North Mountain Resort. What a great way to hone your skills and become the skier or rider you have always wanted to be. The package includes two nights lodging, two breakfasts, two lunches and one dinner, ski and snowboard equipment rentals, two days of lift tickets, professional instruction, chaperones and transportation. Spokane Junior Soccer - Outdoor soccer league for youth ages 4-16. Games and practices at nearby schools and parks. Games on Saturdays: April 11-May 30 (no games holiday weekend). Practice times and locations determined by coach: generally once per week for ages 4-7. Ages 8 and older may practice twice a week. Who Pooped in the Forest Near My Library? - Fairield - Spokane County libraries help us learn about exciting wild animals, plants and habitats in the abundance of forests around us. We’ll begin our “Who Pooped?” adventure by listening to Kelly Clark of Exploring Families read the story “Who Pooped in the Northwoods?” written by Gary D. Robson. In a zoo, there are signs that tell you what animal to look for in the cage, such as beaver or moose. In the forest, animals don’t stand in front of a sign.
