He then went to work for Scientific Products, repairing hospital equipment throughout the Northwest and Alaska, retiring as a Senior Field Serviceman.

His greatest loves were working with his hands, woodworking and tying flies, camping with the family (going to the ocean), holding family barbeques and cheering on the local sports teams (Seahawks and Gonzaga).

He was an avid fisherman and cherished his monthly meeting with the Inland Empire Flytying club as well as attending the liars club for fisherman.

He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren and always had a great story to tell.

A special thank you for the care provided by the Windriver Retirement Home and the Spokane Veteran’s House, who made his final days peaceful.
