Obituary: Roffler, William Hartman “Bud”

Age 84

ROFFLER, William Hartman “Bud” (Age 84) We lost our loving Husband, Father, Grand-father and Great-Grandfather on January 20, 2015.

Born in Pine City, WA on Sept. 16, 1930 to George and Charlotte Roffler.

After his father’s passing the family moved to Spokane when he was 13.

Bud graduated from Lewis and Clark High School and continued his education at WSU.

After college he played football in the U.S. Army where he was stationed at Fort Ord in CA.

He was then drafted into the NFL.

He also was a sales manager for B & B Distributers.

Upon retirement, he enjoyed playing golf, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Bud is survived by his wife, Maggie of 56 years; daughters, Cindy (Denny) Lynch and Debbie Roffler; grandson, Chris (Karen) Lynch; great-granddaughters, Tessa and Presley Lynch.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Georgia Roffler.

There will be a Memorial Service held at Millwood Presbyterian Church (3223 N. Marguerite Rd.)

on Friday, January 30th at 2:00 pm.
