Obituary: Greer, Elizabeth
She was happy in her land, a garden where she grew many wonderful things to eat and all the little animals sang and played games with her.
One day, a mean nasty monster came to her beautiful land and tried to take her away from all the beautiful creatures and plants.
He did not win and she continued on with the wonderful things in her garden.
Sadly though, the monster kept coming back and trying to take her away, and each time she fought him with all of her might.
One day while thinking about all the family and friends that had gone on before her, she wished she could accompany them.
The Supreme Being said yes Elizabeth it might be time now and I will grant your wish.
One morning in the crisp sunlight, the Supreme Being lifted her spirit and took the little girl to another beautiful garden where she could be with the others she had been missing so much.
Elizabeth had left from the cultivation of her life long gardening some sprouts that would hopefully carry on her gardening for her.
They were Christina White, Carl Greer, Craig Greer, Connie Wolf and Casey Greer.
The one thing little Elizabeth had asked for was that Scotty beam her up now so that she May Live Long and Prosper in her new beautiful garden.
All your little sprouts will miss you and your beautiful garden Elizabeth, but they know you will be able to make a new garden wherever you have gone.
Now in this beautiful garden she will be joining others that have gone before.
Her Mother and Father, Roy and Regina Dahlberg, her Husband Eugene Greer, her very special friend Vince Schmidt, her wonderful sisters Dorothy and Shirley, her brothers Clifford, Lester, Kermit, and Richard.
Others she has left to help tend the garden are her Beautiful Sisters, Bonnie, Marilyn and Carolyn.
Our family would like to thank all of those people who have helped her along the way and guided her to her new garden.
Sacred Heart Medical center and Hospice of Spokane being so kind and wonderful to her.
If you would like to join the Family of Elizabeth Greer there will be a Service at Heritage Funeral Home at 508 North Government Way in Spokane, Washington at 2 p.m. on Monday, February 2nd.
We will celebrate the life and gardening of Elizabeth Greer together.
